During the startup of every job, your Site Supervisor is provided with a detailed irrigation map, maintenance rotation plan, and specific needs, likes/dislikes, or requests from management on our Property Detail Report. 

Proactive Response

You will work directly with a dedicated Account Manager, a seasoned professional with extensive landscape maintenance and operations knowledge who carries a Qualified Applicator License. Your Account Manager and Site Supervisor will be onsite weekly working with their crew and overseeing operations to make sure any requests you have are executed in a timely manner.

As an experienced partner delivering local expertise, we understand how a well-maintained landscape attracts guests, adds to your property value, and contributes to your property’s success. When you partner with W. Brothers, you will have a team of local professionals dedicated to the careful stewardship of the property’s landscape and its enduring beauty and value. 

Water Management

Your Account Manager and Irrigation Technician are trained in the latest technologies. Each week the onsite crew will spot check the property for signs of basic irrigation problems (heads, nozzles, and lateral breaks) and fix any issues that day. These may include plants or turf showing signs of drought stress, excessive watering, or broken sprinkler heads. The crew can make minor adjustments right away, such as nozzle adjustments and spray coverage. If more involved action is needed, your site supervisor will notify your account manager and you’ll be notified promptly. We will adjust your irrigation controllers often, with programming based on weather, season, geography, and type of plant material in each zone.  

Within 30 days of startup, your Irrigation Technician will perform a full irrigation audit to identify any immediate deficiencies in the system and potential future improvements. We will also provide management with color-coded maps for each controller and zone.
